Allison (Allie) Squar joined OWM in 2020 as our Las Vegas office manager. Allie is now our Director of Operations overseeing overall client experience with our practice in ways both financial and personal. She is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Prior to joining OWM, Allie worked at the Four Seasons Hotel, Las Vegas where she worked as a Banquet Manager for more than 12 years. In addition to coordinating the setup and execution of luxury banquet events and managing over 100 employees, she is also experienced in budgeting, purchasing, billing, cost control, scheduling, and payroll.
In her free time, Allie enjoys cooking and hiking with her two dogs.
